Kolaj Pro subscription

Kolaj can be used for free with limited content. Kolaj Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks more. The plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Kolaj Pro has no free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of that plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Apple's standard terms

Subscriptions and purchases are covered by Apple's standard license agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

Your photos and creations belong to you. They stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you put into Kolaj, and for what you publish with them.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Kolaj for anything unlawful, and do not try to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app or its template content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kolaj reliable, but it is provided as is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of content that is stored only on your device. Your mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
