Kolaj is a collage, story and poster maker for iOS. It also has business features: a brand kit, price lists and listings. Here are quick answers. If you need more help, write to us at privacy@appacnera.com.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Kolaj Pro screen in the app and tap Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. If it does not work, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Kolaj and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple manages subscriptions, so cancelling in the app is not possible, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I export my collage?
Open your project, tap Export, choose a format and a resolution, then tap Save to Photos. The image is saved to your photo library and you can share it from there.
Where are my photos stored?
Only on your device, in the app's own storage. Kolaj never uploads your photos. Product background removal also runs on your device. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
What data does Kolaj collect?
Only anonymous usage events, with no name, email or photos. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
